How to prepare for a cleanse?

A few days before the cleanse it’s definitely suggested to avoid all processed and refined food, gluten, dairy and meat products. Moderate your coffein and alcohol intake as well. The best would be a few days on a completely vegan or raw vegan diet. This helps our body in the detox processes and purification. Drink lots of water in the previous days and incorporate 1-3 juices as well.
